1. How are orders processed at Red Velvet Hair?
We process all orders within 4-5 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. If any further information is needed or if we expect a delay in shipment, we will contact you right away. Please note that orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. What if I need my order expedited?
We understand that some customers may need their orders sooner and can not wait the standard 4-5 business days that it take to process an order. If this is the case, please call our office to request expedited processing. In most cases, we are able to accommodate, so please let us know!
3. Can I place a custom order?
Yes, here at Red Velvet Hair, we are happy to accept custom orders. If you are looking for hair lengths from 32-40 inches, please send a special order request through our contact page. You can also request a custom coloring. One of our in-house celebrity hairstylists will prepare a product just for you!
4. How do payments and shipping work?
Red Velvet Hair offers FREE shipping for all of our products. All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail guarantees a shipping delivery time of 2-3 days. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we no longer have control over the package and cannot guarantee the delivery time.
In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will be happy to help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability, but we will not be held responsible or liable. 5. How can I pay for my order?
Red Velvet Hair accepts payments via credit card, debit card, Echeck, & PayPal.
6. Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with an order, you may receive store credit or a replacement product. Returns must be made within 15 days of the original shipping date of your order. To exchange a product or receive store credit, please send us the defective product with the original tag attached in the original packaging. All exchanges must be in new condition and not worn or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Products must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value.
